Police are ruling out the possibility of a foul play in the death of Japanese national whose body was found inside his room, Friday morning.
PSupt. Leonardo Borromeo, Police Station 1 commander said result of the autopsy were given to the family of Yuge Noguchi, 79, who was discovered dead at their house in Purok Malipayon, Brgy. 12 in Bacolod City.
