A tanod in Brgy. Biao, Binalbagan was arrested by police authorities and may face criminal charges for alleged involvement in the shooting incident Monday evening.
Reports identified suspect as Jun Panerio, of Sitio Candida 2 and a tanod of Brgy. Biao who attacked Herry Carmelino, 27, while on his way home about 9:30PM, Monday.
