Local police authorities in Talisay City arrested a suspected thief about 10:55AM, Wednesday.
SPO3 Rodrigo E. Asparo, of alert team with traffic supervisor PO3 Ruel D. Gubac apprehended Jemar Pontino, 30, of Brgy. 2 in Manapla for suspected theft and recovered from his possession were; P8, 000 worth of tablet, wallet containing P5,100 cash and automated teller machine (ATM) cards owned by Mezel Baugo.
