Victorias and Silay City Police arrested a suspect facing charges for attempted rape in a raid about 6:30PM, Tuesday at Hacienda Macamig I, Brgy. E. Lopez in Silay City.
PO3 Ian Libo-on and PO3 Valentin Cerdeña effected the arrest against Jonas Flores, 26, of Hacienda Fe, Brgy. 12, Victorias City through a warrant in criminal case number 6409-40 for attempted rape in relation to Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Act.
